My Recent Completed Reflexive Arcade Games

I love almost all the fashion-themed Reflexive Arcade games especially these three. They are creatively created with distinctly unique gameplay and highly addictive once you get to the real meat of the game. Fashionista!

1) Jojo's Fashion Show 2 (I've completed all the levels and got almost all levels to 5-stars. The clothes design plus the runway models are the best I've ever seen. Screenshot yet pending due to recent PC formatting)
2) Fashion Solitaire (See at the top right corner there? My reputation is now a Fashion God...err...dess! You can design your own clothes too using different combination of materials, patterns and colors. Talk about options!)
3) Costume Chaos (I've got all Master Sales Rank and Recycle Bin Gold Rank! See all the ever shining golden goblet and stars? The game is a breeze for me, provided that I've gotten used to its hectic and chaotic gameplay - as the title of the game indicated itself. Lots of fun mini-game and amazing shop upgrades!)
4) Totem Tribe (It's not a fashion-themed game, but still, the treasure chest is a very fashionable collectible item!)
5) The Sims Bumper Blast. It's not a fashion-themed game, and not even a Reflexive Arcade. But nevertheless this is one of the game that I've recently enjoyed and completed.

p/s: The Sims 3 Now Releasing on June 2!

Watch: Bride Wars (Pick Your Side!)

I thought I was not going to write anything after watching Bride Wars because 1) I was watching the telesync version of the movie (video caught in cinema) 2) My first thought of the film was that it is just one of that "filler" movies, a straight-to-DVD kind of movies and 3) Why the hell should I confess that I've WATCHED a chick flick (Yeah, I considered it as a chick flick, so what?); but then it proved that all my thoughts were wrong. The film started to become very interesting when the war between the two brides began with bitching each other in the party their friends threw for them. They tricked each other with all sorts of mischievous stuff such as sending chocolate to the other bride so she will gain weight and will not fit into her wedding gown, turning her hair to blue, and the other's skin to orangeish.

From the beginning of the film, I have picked my side with Anne Hathaway; because I kinda connected to her, and thought of Kate Hudson as one of my friends that resembles much of her personality, which I have a love-hate relationship with. Towards the ending, I felt really sympathy (most probably more to empathy than sympathy) with what Hathaway has to go through, and I was so pissed off with her stupid fiance for not loving her for who she is. The best part and sweetest victory would be when she crushed Hudson's bachelor party and break into some groovy moves. I like!

During the wedding day itself (take note, 6th June) Hathaway really turned into what we seriously considered as the best version of "Bridezilla" ever graced the silver screen, storming into Hudson's wedding for ruining her wedding by screening a very humiliating video of Hathaway teenage years. However, if you already watched the movie, then you know that Kate Hudson won the war, and that made me hate her instead. I hate Kate Hudson! I don't care if in the end Hathaway get to marry Hudson's brother (Ops, spoiler!) I was hoping that at least her wedding is shown as the best wedding ever in the end, triumphing Hudson's wedding, but none. Instead, they shared the same baby shower date and that's all. Anne Hathaway should win!

Watch: Milk

Instead of watching a movie about gay rights, Milk is a movie about how politic works in America. Replace the gay right issue with anything and Milk will still be great movie. Sean Penn's potrayal of Harvey Milk is tip-top. It's just too bad that it has to be against Slumdog Millionnaire to win best movie awards.

Watch: Slumdog Millionnaire

Aku mula teruja tengok citer ni setelah menonton Wow TV kat Astro Mobile yang beria-ia promote movie ni as one of the best movie of 2008.

One of my favourite song, "Paper Planes" by MIA pun ada dalam filem ni. Cumanya aku nak cari background song in the first scene time budak-budak lari dari polis sekuriti lapangan terbang sebab cambest soundnyer.

p/s: Tak sabar nak tengok Pink Panther 2. First film aku tak habis tengok pun walaupun dolu2 time kecik2 aku suke tengok katunnyer. Tapi yang second ni aku teruja nak tengok sebab aku baru tau my most favourite Indian actress Aishwarya Rai berlakon dalam filem ni!

Play: My Sims

I have just played one of my most awaited game, My Sims and I don't really like it. I thought it would be a fun and simple game that I can enjoy in my free time but it's not. There's too much of the loading screens, entering and going out from a building will get you to the boring loading screen and it totally drains the fun. The gameplay is all about creating furnitures, buildings and collecting essences which is very boring indeed. I thought this game could use more social options and fun stuff to do. Perhaps the game is best suited for kids only. That's too bad because I was so thrilled when I heard the news that My Sims is coming to PC (because I don't own a Wii, yet) but the gameplay just let me down.
